Payments
FullSchedule lets shops collect deposits or full payment right from the booking page. Here's how it actually works, and who holds what.
Your own processor, your own money
A shop connects their own Stripe or Square account. When a client pays a deposit or the full price, that payment goes straight to the shop's connected account — it never passes through a FullSchedule-owned account. FullSchedule never takes a cut of what a shop is paid by their clients.
What we don't see
Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's or Square's own secure payment form and go straight to them. FullSchedule only ever sees that a payment succeeded and its amount — never the full card number.
Deposits, full payment, and refunds
Shops can require a deposit on any service, or require full payment upfront for new clients or all clients. If a client cancels, a deposit is held as credit toward their next visit by default — the shop can issue a real refund manually through their connected processor if they choose to.
FullSchedule's own subscription fee
Pro plan shops pay FullSchedule a separate monthly subscription for the platform itself — that's billed independently of anything a shop collects from its clients, through our own billing provider.
