Privacy Policy
Last updated July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information FullSchedule ("FullSchedule," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with, for both Shop Owners running their business on FullSchedule and Clients booking appointments through it.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and phone number, for both Shop Owners and Clients.
- Business information— a Shop Owner's business name, address, hours, services, pricing, and any photos they upload.
- Booking information — appointment times, services booked, and any notes a Client adds when booking.
- Shop-side client records — if a Shop Owner chooses to block a Client from booking with them again, we store that along with an optional private note the Shop Owner adds. This is visible only to that shop and has no effect on the Client at any other shop.
- Payment metadata — we do not collect or store full card numbers. Deposits and payments are handled directly by our payment processor partners (Stripe, Square); we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and its amount.
- Device and usage information — basic technical data (like IP address and browser type) used for security, rate-limiting, and diagnosing errors.
How we use this information
- To operate the booking, scheduling, and payment features of the Service.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notifications by email or push notification (and by SMS, once that channel is enabled for a shop).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To provide customer support.
- To improve the Service.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Payment processors (Stripe, Square) — to process deposits and payments a Shop Owner has enabled.
- Email delivery (Resend) — to send booking confirmations, reminders, and account emails.
- Cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase) — to run and store the Service.
- Error monitoring (Sentry) — to detect and fix bugs; this does not include payment card data.
- Google Calendar — only if a Shop Owner chooses to connect their calendar, to sync availability.
We do not sell personal information. A Shop Owner sees the booking and contact information of their own Clients, as needed to run their business — they do not see any other shop's data.
Data retention
We keep account and booking information for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time, subject to records we're required to keep.
Your choices
- You can update your name, email, and phone number from your account settings.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us below.
- You can opt out of push notifications from your device settings.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
