Terms of Use

Last updated July 27, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FullSchedule ("FullSchedule," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, booking pages, and admin applications (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who these Terms cover

FullSchedule is a booking platform used by independent shops ("Shop Owners") to run their own scheduling, and by their customers ("Clients") to book appointments. These Terms apply to both, with a few sections that apply to only one or the other, noted below.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure.
  • Shop Owner accounts are reviewed before activation; we may decline or remove an account at our discretion, including for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Shop Owner responsibilities

As a Shop Owner using FullSchedule to run your business, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate service, pricing, and availability information to your Clients.
  • Honor the appointments and policies you publish on your booking page.
  • Comply with all laws applicable to your business, including those covering consumer protection, data privacy, and electronic communications (e.g. sending appointment texts or emails to your Clients).
  • Only use FullSchedule's client-blocking and customer data-export tools for legitimate business purposes.

Payments

FullSchedule does not process or hold payments directly. Shop Owners connect their own account with a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe or Square); when a Client pays a deposit or the full price through FullSchedule, that payment goes directly through the Shop Owner's connected processor account, subject to that processor's own terms. FullSchedule does not take a percentage of Shop Owner payment volume.

Shop Owners on a paid FullSchedule plan ("Pro") are billed a recurring subscription fee, separately from any payments they collect from Clients, via our billing provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Client bookings

When you book an appointment as a Client, you are entering into an arrangement directly with that Shop Owner. FullSchedule provides the scheduling tool but is not a party to that arrangement — cancellation policies, refunds for services rendered, and the quality of the service booked are between you and the Shop Owner.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access another shop's data or another user's account.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Service availability

We aim to keep FullSchedule available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or other damages arising from downtime or errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullSchedule's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
